In my personal life, I’ve become a convert to Buddhism through The Pointing Out the Great Way<\/a> meditation retreats, and I now volunteer my time and skills in the Australian support organisation<\/a>.<\/p>\n Some of my time is allocated to mentoring junior developers and engineers.
